서비스 이용약관

본 약관은 꿀벌모빌리티(이하 ‘회사’)가 제공하는 ‘펭귄뷰어’ 앱(이하 ‘서비스’)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 서비스는 이용자가 직접 보유한 만화·웹툰 파일을 읽기 위한 로컬 뷰어 도구이며, 회사는 어떠한 만화·콘텐츠도 제공·배포하지 않습니다.
제1조 목적
본 약관은 회사와 이용자 간 서비스 이용에 관한 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 서비스의 내용
- CBZ·CBR·ZIP·RAR·7z·PDF·이미지 폴더 등 이용자가 가져온 파일의 열람(단면·두 쪽 펼침·우철·웹툰 모드)
- 기기 내 번역(번역 마법사), 독서 통계·스트릭, 홈·잠금화면 위젯, 스마트 책장
- 이용자 본인 NAS(WebDAV) 및 iCloud 연동을 통한 열람·이어보기
- 인앱 구매를 통한 ‘평생 Pro’ 권한(제4조)
제3조 콘텐츠에 대한 책임
서비스는 빈 뷰어 도구로서 만화·웹툰 등 콘텐츠를 포함하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 이용자가 서비스로 여는 모든 파일은 이용자가 직접 보유·관리하는 것으로, 해당 콘텐츠를 적법하게 보유·이용할 책임은 전적으로 이용자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 저작권 등 제3자의 권리를 침해하는 방식으로 서비스를 이용해서는 안 됩니다.
제4조 요금 및 평생 Pro
서비스의 거의 모든 기능(열람·번역·통계·NAS/iCloud 연동 등)은 무료입니다. 무료 이용 시 서재에 최대 10권까지 담을 수 있습니다. 선택 사항인 ‘평생 Pro’의 조건은 다음과 같습니다.
- 상품 — ‘평생 Pro’는 비소비성 1회 결제 상품입니다(구독이 아니며 자동 갱신이 없습니다).
- 혜택 — 서재 10권 제한 해제(무제한 라이브러리).
- 가격·결제 — 가격은 App Store에 현지 통화로 표시되며, 결제는 Apple App Store 계정으로 청구됩니다.
- 구매 복원 — 동일 Apple 계정에서 ‘구매 복원’으로 권한을 다시 받을 수 있습니다.
- 환불 — 결제·환불은 Apple App Store의 정책 및 절차에 따릅니다.
제5조 본인 서버·클라우드 연동
이용자는 본인 소유의 NAS(WebDAV) 또는 iCloud를 서비스에 연결할 수 있습니다. 이때의 통신은 이용자와 이용자 본인 서버·계정 사이에서 이루어지며 회사를 경유하지 않습니다. 연결 정보의 정확성·보안 및 해당 서버·계정의 이용 조건 준수에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
제6조 이용자의 의무
- 서비스를 역설계하거나 부정한 방법으로 이용하지 않습니다.
- 불법 복제물 등 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠를 서비스로 이용하지 않습니다.
- 관련 법령과 본 약관을 준수합니다.
제7조 면책
기기 내 번역(번역 마법사)은 자동 처리 결과로서 정확성을 보장하지 않으며 참고용입니다. 회사는 이용자 본인 서버·클라우드·운영체제 등 회사의 합리적 통제를 벗어난 요소로 발생한 데이터 손실·장애에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 이용자는 중요한 데이터를 별도로 백업할 것을 권장합니다.
제8조 서비스의 변경·중단
회사는 서비스의 내용을 개선하거나 기술적·운영상 사유로 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경·중단할 수 있습니다.
제9조 준거법 및 관할
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 본 약관과 관련한 분쟁의 관할법원은 민사소송법에 따라 정합니다.

These Terms govern your use of the “Penguin Viewer” app (the “Service”) provided by HoneybeeMobility (the “Company”). The Service is a local reader tool for comic and webtoon files you already own; the Company provides and distributes no comics or content of any kind.
1. Purpose
These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and the user regarding use of the Service.
2. The Service
- Reading files you import — CBZ, CBR, ZIP, RAR, 7z, PDF, image folders — in single, two-page spread, right-to-left, or webtoon modes
- On-device translation (Translation Wizard), reading statistics and streaks, Home/Lock Screen widgets, smart shelves
- Reading and continuing across your own NAS (WebDAV) and iCloud
- “Lifetime Pro” entitlement via in-app purchase (Section 4)
3. Responsibility for content
The Service is an empty reader tool and contains or provides no comics, webtoons, or other content. Every file you open is held and managed by you, and you are solely responsible for lawfully owning and using that content. You must not use the Service in any way that infringes the copyright or other rights of third parties.
4. Pricing and Lifetime Pro
Almost all features (reading, translation, statistics, NAS/iCloud, etc.) are free. The free library holds up to 10 books. The optional “Lifetime Pro” terms are:
- Product — Lifetime Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase (not a subscription; no auto-renewal).
- Benefit — removes the 10-book limit for an unlimited library.
- Price & billing — the price is shown in your local currency on the App Store and billed to your Apple App Store account.
- Restore — you can restore the entitlement on the same Apple account via “Restore Purchases”.
- Refunds — payments and refunds follow Apple App Store policies and procedures.
5. Your own server & cloud
You may connect your own NAS (WebDAV) or iCloud to the Service. Such communication occurs between you and your own server/account and does not pass through the Company. You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your connection details and for complying with the terms of those servers/accounts.
6. User obligations
- Do not reverse-engineer or misuse the Service.
- Do not use infringing content such as pirated copies with the Service.
- Comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
7. Disclaimer
On-device translation (Translation Wizard) is an automated result, is provided for reference only, and its accuracy is not guaranteed. The Company is not liable for data loss or failures arising from factors beyond its reasonable control, such as your own server, cloud, or operating system. You are encouraged to back up important data separately.
8. Changes and discontinuation
The Company may improve the Service or change or discontinue all or part of it for technical or operational reasons.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court of jurisdiction for related disputes is determined under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
