서비스 이용약관

본 약관은 꿀벌모빌리티(이하 ‘회사’)가 제공하는 Vellum 앱 및 관련 서비스(이하 ‘서비스’)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. Vellum은 보안 문서(HTML·PDF)를 이용자의 기기 안에서 열어 보는 문서 뷰어입니다.
제1조 목적
본 약관은 회사와 이용자 간 서비스 이용에 관한 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 서비스의 내용
- 비밀번호로 보호된 보안 명세서(HTML) 및 PDF 문서를 기기 안에서 열람
- 연 문서의 보관·분류·즐겨찾기·검색, 화면을 PDF로 내보내기 및 공유
- 앱 잠금(비밀번호·Face ID), 앱 전환 시 내용 가림, 자동 정리 등 부가 기능
- iCloud Drive를 사용하는 경우 이용자 본인 계정으로의 동기화·백업
서비스는 회원가입이 없으며, 모든 처리는 이용자의 기기 안에서 이뤄집니다. 회사는 이용자의 문서·비밀번호를 수집하거나 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
제3조 요금 및 결제
- 판매 형태 — Vellum은 Apple App Store에서 유료로 1회 구매하는 앱입니다. 한 번 구매하면 동일 Apple 계정의 iPhone·iPad에서 함께 사용할 수 있는 유니버설 구매로 제공될 수 있습니다.
- 인앱 구매·구독 없음 — 앱 내 추가 결제나 구독은 없습니다.
- 결제·환불 — 구매 및 환불은 Apple App Store의 정책 및 절차에 따릅니다. 회사는 결제 수단 정보를 보관하지 않습니다.
제4조 올바른 사용
- 이용자는 본인의 문서 또는 본인이 정당하게 열람할 권한이 있는 문서를, 본인이 알고 있는 비밀번호로 여는 용도로만 서비스를 이용합니다.
- 타인의 문서를 권한 없이 열람·복호화하려는 시도, 비밀번호 무차별 대입 등 부정한 이용을 해서는 안 됩니다(앱은 그러한 기능을 제공하지 않습니다).
- 서비스를 역설계하거나 법령을 위반하는 목적으로 이용하지 않습니다.
제5조 문서 호환성 및 책임의 한계
Vellum은 문서를 ‘있는 그대로’ 표시하는 뷰어입니다. 문서의 내용·정확성·발급의 적법성은 해당 문서를 발급한 기관의 책임이며 회사는 이를 보증하지 않습니다. 별도의 디지털 저작권 보호(DRM)나 특수 암호화가 적용된 문서 등 일부 형식은 열리지 않을 수 있으며, 회사는 모든 문서 형식과의 호환성을 보장하지 않습니다.
제6조 지식재산권
서비스 및 앱에 관한 저작권 등 지식재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다. 이용자가 여는 문서의 권리는 해당 문서의 권리자에게 있으며, 본 약관은 그 문서에 대한 어떠한 권리도 이용자에게 부여하지 않습니다.
제7조 면책
회사는 천재지변, 이용자 기기·운영체제의 문제, 문서 자체의 결함 등 회사의 합리적 통제를 벗어난 사유로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 서비스는 문서 열람 편의를 제공할 뿐이며, 문서 내용에 근거한 이용자의 판단과 그 결과에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
제8조 서비스의 변경·중단
회사는 서비스의 내용을 개선하거나 기술적 사유 등으로 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경·중단할 수 있습니다.
제9조 준거법 및 관할
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 본 약관과 관련한 분쟁의 관할법원은 민사소송법에 따라 정합니다.

These Terms govern the use of the Vellum app and related services (the “Service”) provided by HoneybeeMobility (the “Company”). Vellum is a document viewer that opens secure documents (HTML and PDF) on the user’s device. In case of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.
1. Purpose
These Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the Company and the user regarding use of the Service.
2. The Service
- Opening password‑protected secure statements (HTML) and PDF documents on device.
- Keeping, categorizing, favoriting and searching opened documents; exporting the view to PDF and sharing.
- Add‑on features such as App Lock (passcode/Face ID), hide‑content‑on‑switch and auto‑cleanup.
- If iCloud Drive is used, sync/backup to the user’s own account.
There is no sign‑up; all processing occurs on the user’s device. The Company does not collect or transmit the user’s documents or passwords.
3. Pricing & payment
- Sales model — Vellum is a one‑time paid app on the Apple App Store. It may be offered as a Universal Purchase usable on iPhone and iPad under the same Apple account.
- No in‑app purchases or subscriptions — there are no additional in‑app charges or subscriptions.
- Payment & refunds — purchase and refunds follow the policies and procedures of the Apple App Store. The Company stores no payment‑method information.
4. Proper use
- You shall use the Service only to open your own documents, or documents you are duly authorized to view, using a password you know.
- You must not attempt to view or decrypt others’ documents without authorization, brute‑force passwords or otherwise misuse the Service (the app provides no such features).
- You must not reverse‑engineer the Service or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Document compatibility & limits
Vellum is a viewer that displays documents “as‑is”. The content, accuracy and lawfulness of a document are the responsibility of its issuer, and the Company makes no warranty as to them. Some formats — such as documents protected by separate Digital Rights Management (DRM) or special encryption — may not open, and the Company does not guarantee compatibility with all document formats.
6. Intellectual property
Intellectual property rights, including copyright, in the Service and the app belong to the Company. Rights in the documents you open belong to their respective rights holders, and these Terms grant you no rights in those documents.
7. Disclaimer
The Company is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, such as force majeure, issues with the user’s device or operating system, or defects in the documents themselves. The Service merely provides convenient viewing; the user is responsible for their own decisions based on document contents and the consequences thereof.
8. Changes & suspension
The Company may improve the Service or change or suspend all or part of it for technical or other reasons.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court of jurisdiction for related disputes is determined under the Civil Procedure Act.
