이용약관

제1조 목적
본 약관은 꿀벌모빌리티(이하 ‘회사’)가 제공하는 사진 정리 애플리케이션 Culpix(이하 ‘앱’)의 이용에 관한 회사와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임 사항을 규정합니다.
제2조 서비스 내용
앱은 이용자의 기기 안에서 비슷한 사진·연사를 그룹화하고, AI로 베스트 컷을 추천하며, 표정 비교·저장공간 분석·RAW+JPG 셀렉·위치 기록·XMP 내보내기 등 사진 정리를 돕는 도구입니다. 모든 처리는 이용자의 기기 안에서 이뤄지며, 회사는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
제3조 이용 요금 및 환불
앱은 일회 구매(구독 없음)이며, 구매·결제·환불은 Apple App Store의 정책과 절차에 따릅니다. 회사는 결제 수단 정보를 보관하지 않으며, 환불은 App Store를 통해 신청하실 수 있습니다.
제4조 이용자의 책임 (중요)
앱은 이용자의 지시에 따라 사진을 수정·이동·복사·삭제·내보내기 할 수 있습니다. 다음을 유의해 주세요.
- 삭제한 사진은 시스템의 ‘최근 삭제된 항목’으로 이동되어 일정 기간 복구할 수 있으나, 중요한 사진은 정리 전에 별도로 백업하시길 권장합니다.
- 외부 저장장치·폴더의 RAW/JPG를 이동·삭제하는 작업은 되돌리기 기능이 있더라도 원본 백업 후 진행하시길 권장합니다.
- AI의 베스트 추천은 참고용이며, 최종 선택과 삭제 결정은 전적으로 이용자에게 있습니다.
제5조 라이선스
회사는 이용자에게 앱을 개인적·비상업적 목적으로 사용할 수 있는 양도 불가능한 제한적 라이선스를 부여합니다. 이용자는 앱을 역설계·복제·재배포하거나 불법적인 목적으로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
제6조 면책
앱은 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 ‘있는 그대로(as-is)’ 제공됩니다. 회사는 앱 이용 또는 이용 불능으로 인해 발생한 데이터 손실·손해에 대하여 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 본 약관의 어떤 내용도 관련 법령상 회사가 부담하는 책임을 부당하게 배제하지 않습니다.
제7조 제3자 약관
앱은 Apple App Store를 통해 배포되며, 이용에는 Apple의 정책 및 Apple 표준 사용권 계약(Licensed Application EULA)이 함께 적용됩니다.
제8조 약관의 변경
회사는 필요한 경우 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 또는 본 페이지를 통해 고지합니다. 변경된 약관은 고지된 시점부터 적용됩니다.
제9조 준거법 및 분쟁 해결
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 앱 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생할 경우 관련 법령이 정한 절차에 따릅니다.

1. Purpose
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between HoneybeeMobility (the “Company”) and you regarding your use of Culpix (the “app”), a photo-organizing application.
2. The service
The app groups bursts and look-alikes on your device, suggests a best pick with AI, and helps you organize photos — face compare, storage analysis, RAW+JPG culling, geotagging, and XMP export. All processing happens on your device; the Company operates no servers.
3. Pricing & refunds
The app is a one-time purchase (no subscription). Purchases, payments, and refunds follow the policies and procedures of the Apple App Store. The Company stores no payment details; refunds are requested through the App Store.
4. Your responsibility (important)
The app can modify, move, copy, delete, and export your photos at your direction. Please note:
- Deleted photos move to the system “Recently Deleted” and are recoverable for a period, but we recommend you back up important photos before culling.
- For moving or deleting RAW/JPG on external drives or folders, we recommend backing up originals first, even though an undo option exists.
- The AI best pick is a suggestion; the final choice and any deletion are entirely your decision.
5. License
The Company grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.
6. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is.” The Company is not liable for data loss or damages arising from use of or inability to use the app, absent willful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing in these Terms unfairly excludes any liability the Company bears under applicable law.
7. Third-party terms
The app is distributed via the Apple App Store, and your use is also subject to Apple’s policies and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
8. Changes
The Company may revise these Terms when necessary and will post notice in the app or on this page. Revised Terms apply from the time notice is given.
9. Governing law
These Terms are construed under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute relating to use of the app follows the procedures set by applicable law.
