꿀벌모빌리티(이하 ‘회사’)가 제공하는 Culpix(이하 ‘앱’)는 회원가입·계정·로그인이 없으며, 이름·전화번호 등 직접 식별 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 사진을 묶고 베스트를 고르는 모든 분석은 Apple의 온디바이스 AI(Vision)로 이 기기 안에서 이뤄지며, 사진은 기기를 벗어나지 않습니다. 회사는 서버를 두지 않으므로(서버 없음·광고 없음·추적 없음) 이용자의 어떤 데이터도 회사 서버로 전송·수집·보관하지 않습니다.

제1조 처리하는 정보

회사는 회원가입을 받지 않고 직접 식별 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 앱 기능을 위해 다음 정보가 기기 안에서만 처리됩니다.

사진·동영상 (사진 보관함 권한) — 비슷한 사진 그룹화, 베스트 추천, 표정 비교, 정리·삭제·내보내기를 위해 접근합니다. 분석은 모두 기기 안에서 이뤄지며 회사 서버로 전송·저장되지 않습니다.
본인 iCloud 사진 — iCloud 사진 보관함을 사용하는 경우, 표시·분석을 위해 본인 iCloud 계정의 사진을 기기로 내려받을 수 있습니다. 이는 Apple과 이용자 본인 계정 간의 처리이며 회사로의 제3자 전송이 아닙니다.
외부 저장장치·폴더 (사용자 선택 시) — USB·SD 또는 사용자가 직접 선택한 폴더의 RAW/JPG를 정리합니다. 사용자가 선택한 위치에만 접근하며, 그 내용은 기기 안에서 처리됩니다.
앱 설정·정리 내역 — 정리한 양, 환경설정 등은 기기 내 저장 영역에만 저장됩니다.

회사가 수집·이용하지 않는 것: 회사는 기기의 위치 정보를 읽지 않으며, 광고 식별자(IDFA/광고 ID)·분석 SDK·추적 도구를 일절 사용하지 않습니다. 연락처·카메라·마이크 등 다른 권한도 사용하지 않습니다.

이용자 본인의 사진에 포함된 정보(촬영 시 기록된 GPS 등 EXIF 메타데이터 포함)는 그룹화·분석을 위해 기기 안에서만 처리되며, 회사가 전송받거나 저장하지 않습니다.

표정·눈 뜸 비교, 좌우 스플릿 비교, 저장공간 분석
사진 정리·삭제·이동·내보내기(RAW+JPG, XMP) 및 사진에 위치 정보 기록

위 처리는 전부 기기 안에서 이뤄지며, 회사로 전송되는 데이터는 없습니다.

제3조 보유 및 이용 기간

앱이 다루는 모든 데이터(사진, 설정, 정리 내역 등)는 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 앱이 저장한 설정·내역이 함께 삭제됩니다. 사진 자체는 이용자의 사진 보관함 정책에 따릅니다. 회사는 서버에 어떤 이용자 데이터도 보관하지 않습니다.

제4조 사진 접근 권한

앱은 사진을 묶고 정리하기 위해 사진 보관함에 대한 읽기·수정·삭제 권한을 사용합니다. 삭제한 사진은 시스템의 ‘최근 삭제된 항목’으로 이동되어 일정 기간(약 30일) 복구할 수 있고, 즐겨찾기·보호 앨범은 삭제 후보에서 자동으로 제외됩니다. 기기 설정에서 사진 권한을 해제할 수 있으며, 해제 시 사진 정리 등 일부 기능이 제한됩니다.

제5조 위치 정보

앱은 기기의 위치(GPS)를 읽거나 수집하지 않습니다. ‘위치 정보 지정(지오태그)’ 기능은 이용자가 지도에서 직접 고른 위치를 본인 사진의 GPS 메타데이터에 기록하는 기능으로, 처리는 모두 기기 안에서 이뤄집니다. 앱은 어떤 개인의 위치도 수집·이용하지 않으므로(CoreLocation 미사용), 회사는 「위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률」상 위치정보사업·위치기반서비스사업 신고 대상에 해당하지 않습니다.

제6조 결제 정보

앱은 일회 구매(구독 없음)이며, 결제는 Apple App Store가 처리합니다. 회사는 카드번호 등 결제 수단 정보를 수집·보관하지 않습니다.

제7조 알림

‘주간 정리 알림’은 기기 안에서 동작하는 로컬 알림이며, 알림과 관련된 어떤 데이터도 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 기기 설정에서 알림을 끌 수 있습니다.

제8조 Siri 및 단축어

‘사진 정리 시작’ 등은 Apple App Intents(Siri·단축어)로 제공됩니다. Siri 음성 처리는 Apple의 개인정보 처리방침을 따르며, 회사는 음성·요청 데이터를 수집하지 않습니다.

제9조 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 서비스 제공을 위한 처리는 다음과 같으며, 모두 이용자 본인과 Apple 간의 처리입니다.

Apple — App Store 구매 결제 처리, iCloud 사진(이용자 본인 계정). 회사는 해당 데이터에 접근하지 않습니다.

광고·분석·트래킹을 위한 제3자는 존재하지 않습니다.

제10조 이용자의 권리

앱이 다루는 데이터는 모두 기기 안에 있으므로, 이용자는 앱 또는 기기 설정에서 직접 열람·수정·삭제할 수 있습니다(사진 권한 해제, 정리 내역 초기화, 앱 삭제 등). 회사 서버에 보관되는 이용자 데이터가 없어 별도의 서버 측 열람·삭제 청구 대상이 없습니다. 문의는 아래 이메일로 접수하실 수 있습니다.

제11조 정책 변경 고지

본 방침이 변경되는 경우 앱 또는 본 페이지를 통해 고지하며, 변경 시 ‘최종 개정일’을 갱신합니다.

Privacy Policy

Culpix (the “app”), provided by HoneybeeMobility (the “Company”), has no sign-up, account, or login, and does not collect directly identifying information such as your name or phone number. All analysis — grouping photos and picking the best — runs on your device with Apple’s on-device AI (Vision), and your photos never leave your device. The Company operates no servers (no servers, no ads, no tracking), so none of your data is ever transmitted to, collected by, or stored on a Company server.

1. Information processed

The Company takes no sign-up and collects no directly identifying information. For the app’s features, the following is processed on your device only:

Photos & videos (Photo Library permission) — accessed to group similar shots, suggest the best pick, compare faces, and organize, delete, or export. All analysis happens on device and is never transmitted to or stored by the Company.
Your own iCloud photos — if you use iCloud Photos, the app may download photos from your own iCloud account to display and analyze them. This is between you and Apple and is not a transfer to the Company.
External drives / folders (when you choose them) — RAW/JPG files on USB, SD, or folders you select. The app accesses only the locations you pick, and processes their contents on device.
App settings & cleanup history — how much you’ve cleared, preferences, etc., are stored only in on-device storage.

What the Company does not collect or use: the app does not read your device location and uses no advertising identifiers (IDFA/Ad ID), analytics SDKs, or tracking tools. It does not use other permissions such as contacts, camera, or microphone.

Any information contained in your own photos (including pre-existing GPS and other EXIF metadata captured at the time of the shot) is processed only on your device for grouping and analysis, and is never received or stored by the Company.

2. Purposes

Automatic grouping of bursts and look-alikes, and a best pick per group
Face/open-eyes compare, side-by-side split compare, storage analysis
Organizing, deleting, moving, exporting (RAW+JPG, XMP), and writing a location into your photos

All of the above runs on your device; no data is transmitted to the Company.

3. Retention

All data the app handles (photos, settings, cleanup history) lives only on your device. Deleting the app removes the settings and history it stored; your photos follow your own Photo Library settings. The Company stores no user data on any server.

4. Photo access

The app uses read/modify/delete access to your Photo Library to group and organize photos. Deleted photos move to the system “Recently Deleted” and are recoverable for a period (about 30 days); Favorites and protected albums are automatically excluded from deletion candidates. You can revoke photo access in system settings, which limits features such as photo cleanup.

5. Location

The app does not read or collect your device location (GPS). The “Assign Location (geotag)” feature writes the spot you pick on a map into the GPS metadata of your own photos — entirely on device. Because the app never reads or collects any person's location (it does not use CoreLocation), the Company is not a location-information or location-based service provider subject to such registration.

6. Payment

The app is a one-time purchase (no subscription), and payment is handled by the Apple App Store. The Company does not collect or store payment details such as card numbers.

7. Notifications

The “weekly cleanup reminder” is a local notification running on your device; no related data is transmitted anywhere. You can turn notifications off in system settings.

8. Siri & Shortcuts

Actions like “Start photo cleanup” are provided via Apple App Intents (Siri & Shortcuts). Siri voice processing follows Apple’s privacy policy; the Company collects no voice or request data.

9. Third parties

The Company does not share your personal information with any third party. Processing needed to provide the service is solely between you and Apple:

Apple — App Store purchase processing and iCloud photos (your own account). The Company does not access this data.

There are no third parties for advertising, analytics, or tracking.

10. Your rights

Because all data the app handles is on your device, you can view, edit, and delete it directly in the app or system settings (revoke photo access, reset cleanup history, delete the app). There is no server-side user data to request access to or deletion of. You may contact us at the email below.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, we will post notice in the app or on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
