서비스 이용약관

본 약관은 꿀벌모빌리티(이하 ‘회사’)가 제공하는 ‘convert it!’ 앱(이하 ‘서비스’)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 서비스는 사진의 포맷 변환·얼굴 모자이크·EXIF 프레임 등을 전부 이용자의 기기 안에서 수행하는 이미지 도구입니다.
제1조 목적
본 약관은 회사와 이용자 간 서비스 이용에 관한 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 서비스의 내용
- 이미지 포맷 변환(JPG·PNG·HEIC·WebP·PDF·TIFF), 일괄 변환, 목표 용량·비율 리사이즈
- Apple Vision 기반 얼굴 자동 감지 및 모자이크·블러·검은 박스 처리
- EXIF 정보를 활용한 프레임 합성(미니멀·클래식·폴라로이드 등)
모든 처리는 이용자의 기기 안에서 수행되며, 회사 서버나 외부로 이미지를 전송하지 않습니다.
제3조 지원 플랫폼
서비스는 Apple App Store를 통해 iPhone · iPad · Mac에서 제공되며, 한 번 구매로 동일 Apple 계정의 여러 기기에서 사용할 수 있습니다.
제4조 요금 및 결제
- 유료 앱 — convert it!은 한 번 구매하는 유료 앱입니다. 가격은 App Store에 표시된 금액을 기준으로 합니다.
- 구독·인앱 구매 없음 — 추가 결제나 정기 구독이 없으며, 광고도 없습니다.
- 결제·환불 — 결제 및 환불은 전적으로 Apple App Store의 정책과 절차에 따릅니다. 회사는 결제 수단 정보를 수집·보관하지 않습니다.
제5조 이용자의 이미지 및 책임
서비스는 이용자가 선택한 이미지를 기기 안에서 처리할 뿐, 회사는 해당 이미지에 접근하거나 보관하지 않습니다. 이용자가 처리하는 이미지에 대한 권리 확보와 적법성(예: 타인의 초상권·저작권 존중)은 이용자의 책임입니다. 특히 타인의 얼굴이 포함된 사진을 편집·공유할 때에는 관련 법령과 타인의 권리를 준수해야 합니다.
제6조 지식재산권
서비스(앱) 자체에 대한 지식재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다. 이용자가 불러오거나 생성한 이미지에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 있으며, 회사는 이에 대한 어떠한 권리도 주장하지 않습니다.
제7조 면책
서비스는 ‘있는 그대로(as-is)’ 제공됩니다. 회사는 변환·편집 결과물의 품질이나 특정 목적에의 적합성을 보증하지 않습니다. 중요한 원본 이미지는 별도로 백업하시기를 권장합니다. 회사는 기기 환경·운영체제 변경, 천재지변 등 회사의 합리적 통제를 벗어난 사유로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제8조 서비스의 변경·중단
회사는 서비스의 품질 향상을 위해 기능을 추가·변경할 수 있으며, 기술적 사유 등으로 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경·중단할 수 있습니다.
제9조 분쟁 해결 및 관할
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 본 약관과 관련한 분쟁의 관할법원은 민사소송법에 따라 정합니다.

These Terms govern your use of the “convert it!” app (the “Service”) provided by HoneybeeMobility (the “Company”). The Service is an image tool that performs format conversion, face mosaic, and EXIF framing entirely on your device.
1. Purpose
These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and the user regarding use of the Service.
2. The Service
- Image format conversion (JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP, PDF, TIFF), batch conversion, and resizing to a target size or ratio
- Automatic face detection (Apple Vision) with mosaic, blur, or black-box masking
- EXIF-based frame rendering (minimal, classic, Polaroid, etc.)
All processing runs on your device; images are not sent to any Company server or anywhere else.
3. Supported platforms
The Service is provided via the Apple App Store on iPhone, iPad, and Mac, and can be used on multiple devices under the same Apple Account with a single purchase.
4. Pricing & payment
- Paid app — convert it! is a one-time paid app. The price is as shown on the App Store.
- No subscriptions or in-app purchases — there are no additional charges or recurring subscriptions, and no ads.
- Payment & refunds — payment and refunds follow the policies and procedures of the Apple App Store. The Company does not collect or store payment information.
5. Your images & responsibilities
The Service processes the images you select only on your device; the Company does not access or retain them. You are responsible for holding the rights to the images you process and for their lawful use (e.g., respecting others’ portrait and copyright rights). In particular, when editing or sharing photos that include other people’s faces, you must comply with applicable laws and others’ rights.
6. Intellectual property
Intellectual property rights in the Service (the app) belong to the Company. Rights in the images you import or create belong to you, and the Company claims no rights to them.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as-is.” The Company does not warrant the quality of conversion/editing results or their fitness for a particular purpose. Please keep separate backups of important original images. The Company is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, such as device/OS changes or force majeure.
8. Changes & discontinuation
The Company may add or change features to improve the Service, and may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service for technical or other reasons.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court for any related dispute is determined under the Civil Procedure Act.
