꿀벌모빌리티(이하 ‘회사’)가 만든 convert it!은 회원가입·계정·서버·네트워크 연결이 없는 100% 온디바이스(기기 내) 이미지 앱입니다. 회사는 이용자의 이미지나 개인정보를 수집·저장·전송하지 않습니다. 선택한 사진은 변환·편집을 위해 기기 안에서만 처리되며, 결과물은 이용자가 지정한 위치에만 저장됩니다. 유료 앱 구매는 Apple App Store가 처리하며 회사는 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다.

제1조 처리하는 정보

회사는 회원가입을 받지 않고, 이름·전화번호·이메일·계정 등 직접 식별 정보를 수집하지 않으며, 어떤 정보도 회사 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 앱 기능을 위해 다음 정보가 기기 안에서만 처리됩니다.

이용자가 선택한 이미지 — 사진 앱·파일 앱에서 직접 고른 이미지. 변환·모자이크·프레임 처리를 위해서만 기기에서 읽습니다.
이미지의 메타데이터(EXIF) — ‘EXIF 프레임’ 기능에서 카메라·렌즈·촬영 설정 값을 기기에서 읽습니다(제5조).
얼굴 위치 정보 — ‘얼굴 모자이크’ 기능에서 얼굴의 사각형 위치를 기기에서 일시적으로 계산합니다(제4조).

위 정보는 모두 기기 안에서만 처리되며 외부로 전송·저장되지 않습니다.

제2조 사진 및 파일 접근 권한

회사는 이용자의 허용 하에 다음 권한을 사용합니다. 권한은 해당 기능 수행에만 쓰입니다.

사진·파일 읽기 — 이용자가 선택한 이미지를 불러와 변환·편집하기 위함. 이용자가 고른 이미지에만 접근하며 라이브러리 전체를 읽지 않습니다.
사진 앨범에 저장 — 변환·편집한 이미지를 이용자의 사진 앨범에 저장하기 위함(선택 시).

어떤 경우에도 이용자의 이미지는 어디에도 업로드되지 않습니다.

제3조 온디바이스 처리

포맷 변환, 얼굴 감지·가림, EXIF 프레임 합성 등 모든 처리는 Apple의 Image I/O · Core Image · Vision 프레임워크를 사용해 이용자의 기기에서 수행됩니다. 분석(애널리틱스) SDK, 광고, 추적 기술을 일절 사용하지 않습니다.

제4조 얼굴 데이터

선택 기능인 ‘얼굴 모자이크’는 Apple의 온디바이스 Vision 프레임워크로 이용자가 선택한 이미지 안에서 얼굴의 사각형 위치만 찾아 해당 영역을 모자이크·블러·검은 박스로 가립니다.

수집 항목 — 편집 중 메모리에만 유지되는 임시 얼굴 위치 좌표(바운딩 박스)뿐이며, 얼굴 특징·생체 템플릿·임베딩·식별자는 수집하지 않습니다.
이용 목적 — 오직 기기 내에서 이용자가 요청한 가림 처리를 적용하기 위해서만 사용합니다.
공유·제공 — 없음. 얼굴 데이터나 이미지를 기기 밖으로 전송하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
보관 기간 — 임시 얼굴 위치 데이터는 화면을 벗어나거나 앱을 닫는 즉시 폐기되며, 디스크에 저장되지 않습니다.

convert it!은 얼굴 인식(facial recognition)을 수행하지 않으며, 얼굴 데이터를 특정 개인의 식별에 사용하지 않습니다.

제5조 EXIF 메타데이터

‘EXIF 프레임’ 기능은 이미지에 담긴 촬영 정보(카메라 제조사·기종·렌즈·초점거리·조리개·셔터·ISO·촬영일시 등)를 기기에서 읽어 프레임을 합성합니다. 이 정보는 기기 안에서만 처리되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 합성된 결과 이미지는 이용자의 것으로, 이용자가 직접 저장·공유 여부를 결정합니다.

제6조 결과물의 저장 및 공유

변환·편집된 이미지는 이용자가 지정한 위치(사진 앨범 · 파일 앱 · 시스템 공유 시트)에만 저장됩니다. 회사는 결과물의 사본을 보관하지 않습니다.

제7조 광고·분석·추적 없음

convert it!에는 광고가 없고, 분석(애널리틱스) 도구나 추적 식별자(IDFA 등)를 사용하지 않으며, 제3자 추적 SDK가 포함되어 있지 않습니다.

제8조 결제 정보

convert it!은 한 번 구매하는 유료 앱입니다. 결제는 Apple App Store가 처리하며, 회사는 카드번호 등 결제 수단 정보나 구매 내역을 수집·보관하지 않습니다. 앱 내 추가 구매(인앱 구매)나 구독은 없습니다.

제9조 제3자 제공 및 외부 구성요소

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. convert it!은 외부 분석·광고 SDK를 포함하지 않으며, 다음의 플랫폼 기능만 이용합니다.

Apple — 유료 앱 구매 결제 처리, 그리고 이용자가 동의하는 경우에 한해 표시되는 앱 평점 요청(Apple StoreKit 기능). 어느 경우에도 회사 서버로 데이터가 전송되지 않습니다.

제10조 아동의 개인정보

convert it!은 아동을 포함한 누구로부터도 개인정보를 수집하지 않으며, 광고나 제3자 콘텐츠를 포함하지 않습니다.

제11조 이용자의 권리 및 안전성 확보

convert it!은 회사 서버에 어떤 데이터도 저장하지 않으므로, 회사가 보관·삭제할 이용자 정보가 없습니다. 기기 내 데이터(불러온 이미지·설정 등)는 이용자가 앱에서 직접 관리할 수 있으며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. convert it!은 외부 네트워크 통신을 하지 않으므로 전송 중 정보 유출 위험이 없습니다.

제12조 정책 변경 고지

본 방침이 변경되는 경우 앱 또는 본 페이지를 통해 고지하며, 변경 시 ‘최종 개정일’을 갱신합니다.

convert it!, made by HoneybeeMobility (the “Company”), is a 100% on-device image app with no sign-up, no account, no servers, and no network connection. The Company does not collect, store, or transmit your images or any personal information. Photos you choose are processed only on your device, and results are saved only where you choose. Purchase of the paid app is handled by the Apple App Store; the Company receives no payment information.

1. Information processed

There is no sign-up, and the Company collects no directly identifying information (name, phone number, email, account) and transmits nothing to any Company server. To provide app features, the following is processed only on your device:

Images you select — photos chosen from the Photos app or Files app, read on-device solely to convert, mask, or frame them.
Image metadata (EXIF) — the “EXIF frame” feature reads camera, lens and shooting settings on-device (Section 5).
Face location data — the “face mosaic” feature temporarily computes the rectangular position of faces on-device (Section 4).

All of the above is processed only on your device and is never transmitted or stored externally.

2. Photo & file access

With your permission, the Company uses the following access, only to perform the relevant feature:

Reading photos/files — to load the images you select for converting and editing. Only the images you choose are accessed; the full library is not read.
Saving to Photos — to save converted/edited images to your photo library (when you choose to).

Your images are never uploaded anywhere, under any circumstances.

3. On-device processing

All processing — format conversion, face detection and masking, and EXIF frame rendering — runs on your device using Apple’s Image I/O, Core Image, and Vision frameworks. No analytics SDKs, no advertising, and no tracking technologies are used.

4. Face data

The optional “face mosaic” feature uses Apple’s on-device Vision framework only to locate the rectangular position of faces in an image you choose, so those areas can be pixelated, blurred, or covered.

What is collected — only temporary face-location coordinates (bounding boxes) held in memory during your editing session; no facial features, biometric templates, embeddings, or identifiers.
How it is used — solely to apply, on your device, the mask you request.
Sharing & disclosure — none. No face data or image is ever transmitted off your device or shared with any third party.
Retention — the temporary face-location data is discarded the moment you leave the screen or close the app; it is never written to disk.

convert it! does not perform facial recognition and never uses face data to identify any individual.

5. EXIF metadata

The “EXIF frame” feature reads shooting information embedded in an image (camera make/model, lens, focal length, aperture, shutter, ISO, capture date, etc.) on-device to render a frame. This information is processed only on your device and is never transmitted. The resulting image is yours; you decide whether to save or share it.

6. Saving & sharing results

Converted/edited images are saved only where you choose — the Photos app, the Files app, or the system share sheet. The Company keeps no copies of your results.

7. No ads, analytics, or tracking

convert it! contains no advertising, uses no analytics tools or tracking identifiers (such as IDFA), and includes no third-party tracking SDKs.

8. Payment information

convert it! is a one-time paid app. Payment is handled by the Apple App Store; the Company does not collect or store payment methods (e.g., card numbers) or purchase records. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

9. Third parties & external components

The Company does not provide your personal information to any third party. convert it! includes no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs and uses only the following platform features:

Apple — processing of the paid-app purchase, and, only if you agree, an app rating prompt (Apple StoreKit). In neither case is any data sent to a Company server.

10. Children’s privacy

convert it! collects no personal information from anyone, including children, and contains no ads or third-party content.

11. Your rights & security

Because the Company stores no data on any server, there is no user information for the Company to retain or delete. On-device data (imported images, settings) is managed by you within the app and is removed when you delete the app. convert it! makes no external network connections, so there is no risk of data leaking in transit.

12. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will post the update in the app or on this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
