Calliary Terms of Service
1. Purpose and definitions
These terms govern the use of the Calliary application (the "App") provided by Honeybee Mobility ("we", "us"). "Pro" means the paid entitlement sold inside the App; "shared calendar" means a calendar you invite other users to use together.
2. Effect and changes
These terms apply to everyone who installs and uses the App. We may change them within the limits of applicable law and will post changes on this page with the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
3. The service
The App provides calendar, event, and diary records, decorating, shared calendars, widgets, cycle tracking, and import from other calendars on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch. There is no account or sign-in and we operate no server; your records are stored on your devices and in your own Apple iCloud (see the Privacy Policy).
| Free | Events, repeats, reminders, D-Days, to-dos, diary; shared calendars, invite codes, shared categories; widgets and Apple Watch; cycle tracking, prediction, insights, Health sync; import; weather; app lock; 2 icon sets; 24 Korean fonts; Calendar Studio preview. No advertising. |
|---|---|
| Pro | Everything above plus: decorating (placing stickers, notes, photos, and drawings; saving Calendar Studio themes), all icon sets, unlimited custom stickers, all fonts, PDF export. |
We may add, change, or improve features. When adjusting the free/Pro boundary we will not disadvantage users who have already purchased.
4. Pro and payments
- Plans: monthly subscription, yearly subscription, and lifetime pass. Prices are those displayed in the App Store and vary by country, currency, and tax.
- Subscriptions are charged to your Apple Account and renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled. To avoid renewal, cancel in Apple Account settings → Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the current period ends. After cancelling you keep access until the paid period ends.
- Free trial: monthly and yearly subscriptions include a one-month free trial, offered per Apple Account under Apple's policies. Cancelling during the trial incurs no charge; otherwise the plan's price is charged automatically when the trial ends.
- Lifetime pass: a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Pay once and use Pro on that Apple Account without time limit, renewal, or further charges. If you buy the lifetime pass while subscribed, the App shows guidance to cancel the subscription, but cancellation must be done by you in Apple Account settings and any remaining subscription charges follow Apple's policies.
- Payment and refunds are handled by Apple in-app purchase under Apple's policies and procedures. We cannot process payments or issue refunds directly. A refund ends the corresponding entitlement.
- Restore: after changing devices or reinstalling, sign in with the same Apple Account and tap "Restore purchase".
- Price changes: we may change prices. Subscription price changes are notified in advance through Apple's process and, where consent is required, applied only after you agree.
5. Your records after an entitlement ends
When a trial or subscription ends or is refunded, new decorating, saving in Calendar Studio, applying Pro-only fonts and icon sets, and PDF export become restricted. However, stickers, notes, photos, and drawings you already placed, and records you already saved, are neither deleted nor hidden and remain visible. Fonts already applied to saved documents continue to display.
6. Invite gift
When another user actually joins a share you created, color-palette editing in Calendar Studio is permanently unlocked as a gift. The gift is unrelated to app reviews or ratings, and does not apply to joining with your own account or to the same person leaving and rejoining. We may change the gift policy if abuse is found.
7. Shared calendars and invite codes
- A shared calendar is created only when you invite others via an invite code, QR, or invite card. Anyone who receives the code can join, so share codes and cards only with people you trust and set a password when needed. Codes expire after 72 hours.
- Events and decorations on a shared calendar are visible to all participants; content a participant creates belongs to that participant. Owners may stop sharing or remove participants at any time; participants may leave at any time.
- You must not post content on a shared calendar that infringes others' rights or violates law or public morals (unauthorized use of others' photos, defamation, obscene or violent material, etc.). Sharing runs on Apple iCloud, so Apple's terms also apply.
- You must not disclose or distribute other participants' records seen on a shared calendar without their consent.
8. Your records and responsibility
You own and are responsible for the content you enter and store in the App. We have no means to recover data lost due to device loss or reset, iCloud setting changes or storage limits, Apple Account changes, and similar causes. We recommend keeping separate copies of important records, for example via PDF or image export.
9. Prohibited conduct
- Reverse-engineering, copying, or modifying the App, or extracting, redistributing, or selling its stickers, fonts, images, sounds, or other content
- Using invite codes or sharing for spam, fraud, harassment, or other harm to others
- Circumventing or manipulating payment, entitlement, or invite-gift checks
- Using the App for any unlawful purpose
10. Intellectual property
The App and its stickers, icons, illustrations, mascot, fonts, and software are owned by us or their rightful owners. You may use them for personal purposes within the App and in calendars, diaries, and exports you create with it. Certain bundled fonts and open-source components are licensed under their own terms (OFL, Apache, etc.); notices are available in the App under Settings → Licenses. Events, diary entries, drawings, photos, and custom stickers you create belong to you.
11. Third-party services
At your choice the App offers import from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and .ics files, Apple Health sync, and weather via Apple Weather. Each provider's terms also apply. Import is read-only and the App never modifies external calendars. Outages or policy changes at those providers may limit the related features.
12. Health information notice
Cycle predictions, insights, step display, and medication reminders are reference features based on what you enter. They are not medical diagnosis, treatment, or contraception. Consult a healthcare professional for health decisions.
13. Changes to and discontinuation of the service
We may change features or discontinue the App for operational or technical reasons. If we discontinue the App we will give at least 30 days' notice on this page and in the App; your records remain on your devices and in your iCloud and are not deleted by us. Compensation for lifetime-pass holders follows applicable law and Apple's policies.
14. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: issues caused by your device, iCloud, or network; outages of Apple, Google, or other third-party services; disputes among users on shared calendars; damage caused by your intent or negligence; and indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from use of the App. We remain liable under applicable law for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are first addressed in good faith through the contact in Section 16; failing that, they are brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence may take precedence for users abroad.
